Peak Performance Recruitment was established late 2008 by Managing Director, Keith Garry. The company was created as Keith identified a niche area of recuitment that was lacking attention. The Aircraft Leasing & Finance Industry at that time did not have a recruitment firm that focused 100% on the industry. Many other recruitment firms who specialise in Finance, Aviation or Engineering serviced the industry through their various discplines. The feedback from clients was that they need people who understand the industry and the specialised requirements that it brings. This is now what we provide to our customers.

Keith Garry - Managing Director

Since establishing Peak Performance Recruitment in 2008, Keith soon cemented his reputation within the aviation leasing community as an expert in his field with excellent industry knowledge, distinguished clients and candidate network.  Keith has over 10 years recruitment and executive search experience with a proven track record in the recruitment of senior and highly specialised positions in Europe and overseas. 

Prior to establishing his own company Keith managed the finance division of an international recruitment company in Ireland and previously in Wellington, New Zealand. He began his recruitment career in 2000 in the IT industry and survived the dotcom boom and bust. He is the proud father of 2 boys who like to keep him busy at the local beach. His interests outside the family include enjoying an active outdoor lifestyle.

Richael Gosling - Recruitment Co-Ordinator

We are delighted to announce the addition of Richael Gosling to our team as 'Recruitment Co-Ordinator'.

Richael is a graduate of Dundalk Institute of Technology with over six years experience in administration, sales and customer relations. She is a highly motivated and organised professional with proven skills in people management, communication and team work. Prior to her role with Peak Performance, Richael was employed as a sales manager for a distribution company where she successfully managed and co-ordinated the Irish sales team.

Richael is a key member of the Peak Performance team assisting Keith in the recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing candidates, and co-ordination of interviews.  You will find Richael to be very personable and able to assist with most queries on our open jobs.

Peak Performance Recruitment Ltd is based in Ireland with a global reach. Our offices are 1hr north of Dublin in the coastal town of Dundalk, Co.Louth. It is ideally located half way between Dublin and Belfast International Airport with stunning views of the Cooley and Mourne Mountains aswell as over looking the Irish Sea.
