Due to continued growth over the past 3 years this lessor has created a new role within its commercial team.
As the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the collations of all the relevant documentation required for the closing of aircraft lease, purchase and sale transactions. This includes coordination of all CP’s, finance, technical, insurance and legal documentation. This role will assist the commercial team in the review of LOI and term sheet documentation as well as assist in the closing of aircraft leasing transactions.
To be considered for this role it is essential that candidates display the relevant experience within an airline or lessor in a similar function.

Aircraft Leasing Transactional Lawyer – Ireland
This role is with an up and coming lessor. They have secured significant finance and are now set to aggressively add to their portfolio. This role is part of a small but expanding team and will therefore require the person to work on all aspects of the deal from drafting through to negotiation and close.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a legal counsel in an aircraft leasing / finance company and have transacted and negotiated aircraft lease, purchase and sale agreements.
Previous experience in aircraft leasing is a must.

Essential for this position is that you can display relative experience (5-10yrs) in an existing aircraft leasing company. You will have a proven track record in aircraft transactions.

Lease / Contracts Manager (NEW POSITION)

This aircraft leasing company has seen significant growth in the past 2 years. As part of this organic growth they are now seeking a lease / asset manager to maintain their lease agreements.
The role will require that a person has previous experience with the:
- Management of aircraft maintenance reserves and claims
- Ensure customers are adhering to lease conditions
- Collation and co-ordination of all documentation for aircraft and SPV companies
- Scheduling for routine airworthiness checks and routine maintenance
The role will require interaction direct with the airline customer and other departments to ensure deadlines are met. Previous experience in an aircraft leasing environment is essential.
