As the Marketing Representative you will have a proven network of contacts at a senior level with airlines and MRO’s within the region, strong business development and negotiation skills and most ideally previous experience in the placement of aircraft or engines on lease.

Credit Risk Analyst
This aviation finance and leasing company is a world leader in its area of speciality.
The purpose of the position is analyse the credit risk and financial performance of airlines globally regarding both new and existing business.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Critical function of assessing risk factors associated with a credit and determining appropriate credit risk rating.
Responsible for analysing and spreading financial statements, calculating appropriate operating, cash flow, leverage, liquidity and other ratios.
Performs due diligence and evaluation of assigned lease portfolio on a regularly scheduled and ongoing basis.
Responsible for active monitoring of company specific, market and economic factors which may influence the internal risk rating of lessees/obligors.
Prepares detailed credit analyses and required credit application according to policy including evaluation of repayment sources, management, liquidity, financial flexibility, historical and projected operating performance and capital structure.
The ideal applicant will have 4 years plus experience in a similar role. Experience within Aircraft Leasing or Aviation Finance is desirable but not essential.

In-House Legal Counsel – Location flexible
In-house lawyer reporting to the Executive Vice President of Legal and taking a key position as part of a team delivering global in-house legal advice, transaction management, and risk analysis to the company in the execution of its day to day business.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation for sale, acquisition, lease and finance related aspects of the aircraft engine operating lease business.
Review and drafting of term sheet and proposals for new business.
Support the Executive Vice President of Legal on transaction, compliance and projects related work as required.
Advice and general support to other departments within Technical, Finance and Sales.
Ability to manage compliance issues, default risk and workout issues.
Skills & Experience:
Superior academic and career record either in house or in private practice
Minimum 2 years relevant PQE in asset leasing or finance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven commercial acumen
Ability to work in a global multi-disciplinary team
