Contingent - This is an indepth search of our extensive database of highly experienced aricraft leasing and finance professionals. We will approach our active candidates to introduce your position and provide them with further details on your position.

Advertised - This search is a full advertising campaign that can include strategically placed adverts in some or all of the following publications, National News Paper, Industry magazines (AirFinance) / publication, specialist web sites. This form of advertising will attract the passive applicant who does not wish to register their details directly with company. The advantage of using Peak Performance to run your advertising campaign is that people are more comfortable making enquiries to a job if it is through an independent 3rd party. They can gather information with out publicly suggesting to the potential employer that they are interested. A full database search and e-shot campaign will also be used. Candidates sourced through advertised search are exclusive to the client until declined for the position.

Search / Headhunt - Again this is done in conjunction with the above techniques. In addition Peak Performance will use its own research and industry knowledge to target associated companies and senior personnel to engage interest in the chosen assignment. Candidates sourced through advertising in conjunction with headhunt techniques will be exclusive to the client until rejected for the position.
