This form of advertising will attract the passive applicant who does not wish to register their details directly with company. The advantage of using Peak Performance to run your advertising campaign is that people are more comfortable making enquiries to a job if it is through an independent 3rd party. They can gather information with out publicly suggesting to the potential employer that they are interested. A full database search and e-shot campaign will also be used.  Candidates sourced through advertised search are exclusive to the client until declined for the position.  

Search / Headhunt - Again this is done in conjunction with the above techniques.
