The Position
This emerging position is within the European Sales Team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Commercial Sales Director for the EMEA territory.

• Identify, develop and close engine lease & engine piece part transactions with airlines, suppliers and maintenance facilities throughout the territory.

The Candidate:
The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual who can demonstrate a track record in the successful sales and procurement of complicated products and services in a challenging market environment.  Extensive travel will be required with this role.

Engine Leasing – Technical Team Leader – Mainland UK

On behalf of our client, one of the largest Engine Leasing Companies in the industry, Peak Performance are currently seeking applications from suitably qualified Engineers with previous leasing/asset management experience.

Job Profile
To technically manage the lease engine assets for the continued serviceability and availability from acquisition to disposal, including technical acquisition reviews, operator compliance to meet redelivery requirements, oversight of MRO shop visit activity and any additional technical inspection/maintenance activity required to maintain airworthiness regulatory compliance, stakeholder interests and product requirements

Ideal Candidate
Degree Qualified Engineer with at least 8 years experience in Powerplant role within the aviation industry & at least three years experience in the management of lease assets
Strong project management experience including deliveries & redeliveries
Experience in pre-purchase inspections, overseeing MRO visits & ensuring airworthiness requirements are met.
People management experience including training & development

Technical Records Team Lead/Manager – Engine Leasing, UK

On behalf of our client, a growing engine leasing company, Peak Performance are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Records professional for an exciting new position within the company.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Technical Records Manager is responsible for the delivery of a lease engine asset technical records management service that is capable of satisfying the regulatory airworthiness authorities, stakeholder contractual obligations and the business and product requirements, including internal/external supply chain relationships

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years Technical Records experience ideally in an airline environment or MRO environment.
  • Previous people management/team-lead experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills and organisational skills

Engine Parts Repair Project Manager – UK
A reputable leasing and part out company based in the UK are currently recruiting for an Engine Parts Repair Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of repair budgets by engine type
  • Repairs forecasting
  • Stock Control, including accurate recording on stock control system
  • Repair Management, accountable for all aspects of the repair of engine material to a saleable condition
  • Quality Management as per industry quality standards
  • Management of part repair vendors

Candidates must have:

  • Previous experience in an MRO environment
  • Educated to A-Level Standard or equivalent
  • High level of technical knowledge relating to engine repairs
  • Strong engine knowledge, ideally including RB 211, PW 4000, CF6 80C2, CFM 56-5
  • Previous Budget experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided

Technical Records Administrator/Co-Ordinator - UK

An established leasing and asset management company in the UK require an experienced Technical Records Administrator to join their established technical department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collation, management and approval of all engine record packs for Technical Services clients.
  • Quality approval of all documentation prior to issue to the client.
  • LLP Back to Birth Pack compilation and approval.
  • Collation and management of original records for clients with due consideration for regulatory storage obligations and insurance requirements.
  • Controlled storage of all engine records within the database system
  • Review and verification of the accuracy and completeness of each engines records, prior to purchase and during / transition from lease.
  • Ensures all engine records are updated to accurately reflect the latest technical publication issue, (ie AD, SB’s, Chapter 5 limits etc) prior to endorsement.
  • Some travel is associated with the role

Candidates must have:

  • Previous technical records experience in an airline, MRO environment
  • Strong Engine knowledge (CFM56, CF6, RB211)
  • Proven attention to detail and project management skills
  • Entitlement to work in the EU

Powerplant Technical Services Engineer - Europe
A reputable leasing company based in the UK are currently recruiting for a Powerplant Technical Services Engineer.
This company have experienced sustained growth and are now keen to appoint a commercially focused technical engineer to support their Technical Services Department.

Key Responsibilities:
Prime responsibility for the management of airline and leasing company related engine management programs, including;

  • Technical assessment work for pre purchase or end of lease programs for all customers
  • Project manage the delivery and redelivery of engines in and out of service
  • Provide technical management and cost control of engines through the repair and overhaul process (Workscopes, strip overview at engine repair shops worldwide, cost estimation, build process review, exchange parts vetting)
  • Technical liaison with regulatory authorities in obtaining and maintaining regulatory authority approvals.
  • Mid lease inspections, full due diligence inspections and records review.
  • Review of lease agreements, MRO contracts, sale and purchase and lease acceptance

Candidates must have:

A minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Powerplant Engineer (with experience of RB 211, PW 4000, CF6 80C2, CFM 56-5, CFM 56-3)
Be flexible in regard to working hours and extensive travel (approx 50%) including extended periods of time away from home
